2025년부터 사회통합프로그램 교육 참여자는 「출입국관리법시행령」 제48조제5항 및
「사회통합프로그램 참여자 교육 수수료 고시(제2024-434호, ‘24. 9.30.)」에 따라 아래와 같이
교육수수료를 납부해야 함을 알려드립니다.
1. 납부대상 : 사회통합프로그램 1~5단계 참여자
2. 수수료
○ 1~4단계는 각 단계(100시간)별로 10만원
○ 5단계의 경우 기본과정(영주용, 70시간)은 7만원, 심화과정(귀화용, 30시간)은 3만원 납부
※ 0단계(15시간) 및 면제 대상은 무료, 감경 대상은 수수료의 50% 납부
3. 감면대상
가. 면제 대상
○ 「사회통합프로그램 참여자 교육 수수료 고시(제2024-434호, ‘24. 9.30.)」 고시 또는 소시넷 공지사항 참조
나. 감경 대상
○ 해당 단계의 교육을 100% 출석한 사람, 강사 추천 학습태도 우수자 등 성실 참여자
4. 납부시기 및 방법
○ 각 단계 종료 시점부터 평가 신청 전까지 사회통합정보망(www.socinet.go.kr)을 통한 온라인 납부
- 평가 신청 만료 전까지 교육비 미납자는 평가에 응시할 수 없음

We would like to inform you that participants in the social integration program education from 2025 must pay the education fee as follows in accordance with Article 48, Paragraph 5 of the Enforcement Decree of the Immigration Control Act and the Social Integration Program Participant Education Fee Notice (No. 2024-434, ‘24. 9.30.)’.
1. Payment target: Participants in social integration program stages 1 to 5
2. Fee
○ Stages 1 to 4 are 100,000 won for each stage (100 hours)
○ In the case of stage 5, the basic course (for permanent residence, 70 hours) is 70,000 won, and the advanced course (for naturalization, 30 hours) is 30,000 won
※ Stage 0 (15 hours) and exemption targets are free, and those subject to reduction are 50% of the fee
3. Reduction target
A. Exemption Target
○ Refer to the “Notice on Education Fees for Participants in the Social Integration Program (No. 2024-434, ‘24. 9.30.)” or the Socinet notice
B. Reduction Target
○ Those who attended 100% of the relevant stage of education, those with excellent learning attitudes recommended by instructors, etc., and faithful participants
4. Payment Period and Method
○ Online payment through the Social Integration Information Network (http://www.socinet.go.kr) from the end of each stage until the application for evaluation
- Those who have not paid the education fee before the application for evaluation expires cannot take the evaluation
